Nicholas Terry

I am a bit of a serial real estate entrepreneur. I own and manage Rifle Real Estate Company, a commercial brokerage and management company. I am also a partner in Rifle Development Company, a commercial land development company. Most recently, we launched Ai Realty - a tech enabled, producer-owned, residential brokerage firm.

As the managing partner of our Rifle, I lean on over 3 million square feet of development, construction and brokerage experience, along with 15 years in the public and private sectors to serve our clients. I know the complexities of doing business in our Houston market.

To put some common language around the commercial real estate business, I earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in early 2019. The institute describes the CCIM pin as designation conferred to recognized experts in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate, and earned by just the top 6% of professionals across North America. As a "student of the game" I am currently pursuing the CCIM Development Specialist Designation.

As an active volunteer with community organizations like United City Church, the Harris County Sheriff's Office, the Houston A&M club, and as a Leadership North Houston alum, I know how to help QB processes involving diverse personalities.
